MLS was developed by Master Chiropractor Arno Burnier, D.C., in 1984. It was born from his own frustration with being adjusted in ways that brought the spine into maximum tension rather than ease. Through years of observation and refinement, he developed an innovative approach to adjusting that brings the neurospinal system into a state of physiological peace before the thrust is applied.
By allowing the spinal cord and meningeal system to float freely within the neural canal, both the spine and the person remain in a state of deep relaxation. From this place, the thrust force can travel through the entire system for full integration. This is what makes the MLS method a tonal approach, one that works with the nervous system rather than against it.
Over the decades, Arno has empowered thousands of Doctors of Chiropractic and chiropractic students to transform their adjusting technique into a true art form. His work has elevated professionalism, integrity, and presence within the chiropractic profession.
MLS has gone on to influence countless chiropractors who now carry this work forward through their own practices, teachings, and seminars. Many openly acknowledge that their foundational skills and philosophy were shaped through their training with Arno and MLS.

Developed through the teachings of Arno Burnier, this experience equips practitioners with the clarity, confidence, and precision required to care for expecting mothers, newborns, and growing children.
This training bridges technical skill with deep sensitivity—honoring the unique physiology and needs of both mother and child. Participants learn to adapt their touch, perception, and approach to support some of the most delicate and dynamic phases of human development.

IMPORTANT CANCELLATION POLICY: Tuition is non-refundable (only transferring to another seminar minus $75 transfer fee. If transfer is needed due to ‘force majeure’ federal mandates then the transfer fee will be waived). Tuition is non-transferable to another participant. Seminar schedules may change. Please always check the schedule prior to attending or making travel arrangements. Seminars canceled due to weather, illness or death in the family will not be refunded. The tuition will be transferred to another seminar at a later date if we are given at least 48 hours notice before the seminar starts (you will only pay the transfer fee). MLS is not responsible for Travel & Lodging expenses/losses incurred.

Wade has been taught by some of the most powerful visionaries in the modern era. Arno Burnier, Donald Epstein, Sue Brown, Pasquale Cerasoli, Lou Corleto, Jay Komarek, Suzan Rossi, Jeanne Ohm and many more in and out of the profession.
He has run a successful, principled, cash practice since 2005 and has been on staff with Arno Burnier since 2003.
Though Wade has been teaching Chiropractors for over two decades, you can often find him attending seminars as much as he teaches them.
When he is not in his Atlanta office (Lifeworks Chiropractic, LifeworksATL.com) you can often find him on the side stage taking care of world touring bands and performing artists. He started and, after 7 years, sold his Cafe of Life in Sun Valley, Idaho where he enjoyed the Rocky Mtns and was the personal Chiropractor to Tony Robbins. Once voted Chiropractor of the Year by the Georgia Council of Chiropractic he has spearheaded the fundraising of over $50,000 for the Foundation for Vertebral Subluxation Research.
During school at Life University, Wade and friends lived, ate, breathed Chiropractic and were poured into by some of the greatest humans in the world. He was introduced to Arno Burnier at a ‘Making Love to the Spine’ seminar in early quarters and it was ‘game on’. Arno taught Wade that what he knew in his heart to be true and possible with Chiropractic, he could apply with his two hands. From then on Wade never missed an opportunity to be at a MasterPiece Training camp where Arno would gather teachers, like Sue Brown and many more, from around the world to train in depth.
Wade is a contrarian at heart and has always been up for adventure and taking risks. As he leads MLS Chiropractic training this becomes instantly evident. His outside the box methods have inspired many clients, inside his private practice, and certainly in the training arena for Chiropractors. James “Jim” Deegan has grown up more than half of his Life learning directly from ARNO Burnier since 1995 and on Staff teaching for 20+ years on the MLS Path of Mastery. He practices in Smyrna GA close to Life University where he loves mentoring students, encouraging other chiropractors and adjusting so many “precious peeps” (people) – police, fire rescue, celebrities, local artists, musicians, families, teachers, etc…in his community/ and surrounding Atlanta area.
His HEART of service comes out of a “near death/quantum leap into Life” experience in 1994. This led him to “The Path of Mastery” from potential medical Heart transplant list to Chiropractic list of self-discoveries. Other teachers and mentors emerged such as Reggie Gold, Joseph Strauss, Pasquale, Paul Bragg and many direct and indirect vitalistic visionaries.
Jim’s desire is to continually SERVE to elevate The Chiropractic profession and the World by Leading others to discover their inborn gifts. No one can facilitate healing Alone – BETTER TOGETHER.
Emily’s experience with the Chiropractic world began early in life when she started getting adjusted as a baby and many times throughout her childhood. She continued her care while enduring the strain that practicing gymnastics well into her teens put on her body. Emily always knew it was her life’s mission to work with and help people and by the time she turned 18 she knew Chiropractic was the way she was going to touch people’s lives.
After attending undergraduate school at UW Madison, Emily went on to Life University in Atlanta, Georgia. It was there that she quickly found her Chiropractic family with MLS Trainings & Clubs. Throughout her years at Life, she attended many MLS seminars and eventually went on to help facilitate them her last year and a half at school. She also spent her evenings leading the MLS Club, training with her friends at the Advanced MLS Group, and teaching small groups of students.
Teaching has always been one of Emily’s passions as she finds great joy in being able to share the incredible things she has learned from mentors like Arno Burnier. A decade later, with a thriving practice in Pacific Beach, San Diego, she still loves teaching. (Just on a different coast!)
At 23, Zach received his first adjustment and his life would be forever changed! 9 months after that adjustment Zach would start at Life University where he would go on to graduate in the summer of 2017.
During his time at Life he had the opportunity to be a part of and learn from some amazing people and experiences, but it was his introduction to MLS during his 2nd quarter that would go on to make the biggest impact.
From the first time hearing Arno speak, sharing the beautiful philosophy of LIFE and the potential of being a professional chiropractor, Zach knew the call to join the “Path of Mastery” had been sent and he could not say no.
From then Zach would go on to spend time learning from Arno and the MLS team. Having the amazing ability to spend ample time learning and crafting his skills with Dr. Wade Port.
Zach joined the MLS team as a student staff member in 2015 and has been a part of the movement to bring the same life changing process he experienced to other chiropractic students and chiropractors ever since.
Romain Cardinal, D.C. graduated from IFEC Paris in 2019. He opened his office in La Butte aux Cailles a charming area of Paris. Within 1 year he build a busy and highly successful practice. He practices pure, simple vitalistic chiropractic based on the philosophy, science and the natural laws of life.
He is committed, dedicated, focused, passionate about being a true chiropractic professional. His adjusting skills are through the roof, especially been as early in his career as he is. He is a master in the making. He trained and staffed at multiple MLS adjusting seminars where is focus, passion, intensity, commitment and maturity was obvious to all.
He is all about being fully present, connected within and aware of Universal Intelligence omnipresence within and without.
He empowers and frees people to take their inner power back, by regaining the authority of their own being. His presence is gentle yet powerful. He is a fantastic teacher with power and clarity of words and purpose. We are all blessed to have him as a teacher-leader at MLS Adjusting Seminars.
Adjusted from 1 year old, Nathan first heard DD Palmer’s intention for chiropractic: to unite man the physical with man the spiritual. Since hearing that, Nathan has been on a mission to help people embody their Divine essence.
While attending Life University, he was blessed to train with Arno Burnier, Sue Brown, Suzan Rossi, Lou Corleto, Katina Manning, Jeanne Ohm, Pam Jarboe, Eric Rubin, Pete Goldman and many more. He has been initiated in ancient shamanic traditions and new-paradigm healing modalities. Today he serves the Chicago area at Innate Life Chiropractic: a center for vitalistic chiropractic. Nathan has also served on several service trips throughout central and South America, in addition to founding a clean water non-profit. In 2020, he co-authored “Letters to Our Younger Selves: A Combat Manual for Mindful Living”.

Co-Creator, SPARK Pediatric & Perinatal Program
Dr. Kaleb Scroggin’s passion for pediatric and perinatal chiropractic was sparked early on when he joined the ICPA club in school and saw the power of chiropractic care for even the tiniest patients, starting well before birth. That realization, paired with the foundational teachings from MLS one, his first quarter of chiropractic school with Dr. Arno, set him on a mission to elevate care for growing families.
He later founded the Pediatric Summit at Life University, bringing top pediatric and perinatal chiropractors to teach students. His training includes the CACCP certification through the ICPA craniosacral therapy, Spinning Babies, and airway-focused care. Kaleb also teaches outside the profession, educating dentists and myofunctional therapists on early neurodevelopment and airway physiology.
A father of three, a certified childbirth educator, a doula and author of C is for Chiropractor, Dr. Kaleb brings both personal and professional insight to his work. He also serves on the legislative front lines through the Georgia Council of Chiropractic, helping shape policy to protect and advance the profession.
Through SPARK, co-created with Dr. Crystal Folta, he combines clinical excellence, heart-centered care, and real-world experience to empower chiropractors to serve pregnant people and children with clarity and confidence.
